Fabric Softener – Easy Iron FCS004

Incrosoft T-90 HF provides superior softening compared to other quaternaries in its class. It
is biodegradable and has very good antistatic performance on most fiber types and has
excellent rewet property. It has excellent non-yellowing properties when fabric is exposed to
high temperature dryers or during ironing. In this formulation, Coltide HSi makes ironing
easier while Incrosoft 8000 provides the thickening.

Method
Heat part 1 water to 55-60ºC. Add colourant. Melt Incrosoft T- 90 HF by heating to 55-65ºC.
Add to hot water with moderate stirring. Add Coltide HSi and perfume. Add part 2 cold water to
cool the bulk to 40ºC or less. Add preservative and lactic acid. Add Incrosoft 8000 slowly and
mix until homogeneous.
