Definition
• Entrepreneur- a person who has possession of a
new enterprise, venture or idea and assumes
significant accountability for the inherent risks and
the outcome

• Entrepreneurship- the act of being an entrepreneur,


which is a French word meaning "one who undertakes
innovations, finance and business acumen in an effort
to transform innovations into economic goods“

Definition
• Entrepreneur- an individual who takes initiative to
bundle resources in innovative ways and is willing to
bear the risk and/or uncertainty to act

• Entrepreneurship- the process of creating something


new with value by devoting the necessary time and
effort; assuming the accompanying financial, physic,
and social risks and uncertainties, and receiving the
resulting rewards of monetary and personal
satisfaction

– Entrepreneurship is a function of the entrepreneur:
