PROGRAM OBJECTIVES

Every Age / Century has changes and leaders


to manage.21st Century is different than other centuries, even the 20th century.The
pace of changes was slow and silent, and evolutionary management not so difficult in
earlier centuries.

However, Changes in 21st century are radical, discontinuous and contradictory,the


speed of change is mind-blowing and catching up with it has become difficult-it has
to be equal to or more than the speed of change The future is going to be
tumultuous, more difficult, more roaring and more stormy. Time and Distance Are
Almost Removed Due to Technology : Leaders need to adapt to changes and respond
at lightning speeds.

The 1-day training program on “ Organizational Leadership Effectiveness “ focus on


imparting experiential learning on how leaders at “ AMERICAN TOWERS “ should
achieve sustainable excellence, and develop business as well as team management
strategies to tame the challenges of changes, display excellent problem-solving and
decision-making skills, be adept at conflict management and negotiation skills.
Leaders would be trained how to be effective Change Managers, how to develop
and implement a high level of Emotional Intelligence @ the workplace, and at the
same time, develop even higher leadership communication competencies for overall
individual and organizational growth, and hence, profitability and productivity
enhancement @ American Towers.

The program would focus on all-round development of all leadership


competencies and highlight the desired “ Transformational Leadership “ Style that
needs to be adopted, showcasing the advantages of this leadership style over
other leadership styles.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW

1. If productivity of an industry needs to improve, the productivity of the LEADERS associated with
the industry needs to improve. Successful LEADERS need knowledge of all factors that they need
to manage and lead, and all that is beyond, which directly or indirectly impinge on his / her
micro environment.

York Life and PNB Metlife evolve Marketing and Branding Strategies for areas / zones / nationally,
thereby enabling these corporates to create a niche brand image amongst the Indian Consumers.
Pankaj was also instrumental in designing and implementing training programmes, employee engagement
interventions and L& D Interventions on a national scale for ASIAN PAINTS, MNYL and PNB Metlife, for all
