OTHER TERM AND CONDITIONS APPLICATBLE:

Transactions: This fee is negotiable as per the contract size and time period.

Pricing - Pricing is per month based on a twelve month contract. Initial setup fees are not
included and vary based on the choice of the bookkeeping software selected. Normal range
is $250 - $750 one time.

Financial Reporting is monthly. Payroll includes calculation of Net Pay checks and Taxes
includes calculation of Federal / State taxes for Employer and Employee.

Account Reconciliation - Includes up to three accounts for basic, five for premium and 10
for advance.

Payroll Processing Services - Includes one state and up to 10 employees for basic,
twenty employees for premium and 5o employees for advance there after additional charges
for new employees may occur.

Account Receivable - Includes up to 60 invoices per month. Additional invoices charged

separately.

Account Payable - Includes up to 60 bills per month. Additional bills charged separately.

Other Reporting/ Analysis Report: Any customised report can be provided either free
or at very minimum charges as per requirement of client and depending on the complexity of
report.
