Risma : Yes please, have a seat. Welcome to our company for the accounting staff.

Tian : Nice To Be Here.

Risma : Can I see your CV and job application letter?

Tian : Oh of course, this it,

Risma : Oke Mr.Tian, Please Tell me about yourself.

Tian : Alright Ma’am. My name is Tian Setiawan. I am from Sukabumi, and currently I live on Perum CSI
Karawang. I am 22 years old.
I graduated from Doa Bangsa vocational high school, Financial Accounting as my major.

Risma : What experience do you have?

Tian : I had worked for 3 years as a Administrasion in a manufacturing company.

Risma : what’s your weaknesses?

Tian : I phobia with blood

Risma : What's your strength?

Tian : I can operate Ms. Office, MYOB Accounting & SAP (System Analysis and Product in Data Processing)

Risma : Why do you want to become an accounting staff?

Tian : because this position is suitable with my educational background and my skills. Besides, I want to be
an accounting staff here because I’m used to doing things related to accounting.

Risma : What make you sure you can work an accounting staff?

Tian : I think this is the perfect job for me. I have learnt about financial for 4 years And I can work
individually or in team.

Risma : Why do you think we should hire you?

Tian : Iam very sure that I will be an asset for this company due to my professional ability, my experience,
loyalty, educational background, and my eagerness to develop with this company. I have a very
pressive record for punctuality, being able to work under pressure, and dependability. Briefly
speaking, I very sure that I’m the right person you are looking for.

Risma : OK. This is my last question. As the starting salary, how much do you expect from this company?

Tian : For the salary, I hope I can get more than my previous job, I think above 5 million Rupiah.

Risma : Well, we will consider it. When can you start to work?

Tian : I am available anytime Ma’am.
