Objective
This developed and designed to mitigate and combat spills involving chemical
substances and/or hazardous wastes. The Program provides assurance to EMB,
nearby communities, and other stakeholders on the emergency preparedness and
response capacity of waste generators, transporters, and TSD facilities.

Conduct Drills
The station conduct drill once a year to make sure that the organization have
enough knowledge about it. Last May 15, 2019 we conducted fire drill in the
station.
Reporting and Recordkeeping
In case where actual chemical release occur and the contingency program has
been activated the organization shall notify EMB within 24 hours of initiating the
contingency program. It shall record all the corresponding incident report to EMB.
Every person in the Station must report all incidents to the Dealer and make
Incident reporting provides information necessary for:
initiating accident/incident corrective/preventive measures
measuring the effectiveness of safety programs
Establishing statistics that can be disseminated, when appropriate to
interested parties.
The Dealer must investigates and determines the cause of the incident and
initiates immediate steps to prevent recurrence.
