SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

I, CARMELITA VILLAVICENCIO, of legal age, Filipino, married with

residence and postal address at Masaplod Norte, Dauin, Negros Oriental,
Philippines, and now presently in Pagadian City, Philippines, have named,
constituted and appointed and by these presents do name, constitute and
appoint MISSABELLE TUBLE, of legal age, Filipino, single with residence and
postal address at Balugo, Valencia, Negros Oriental, Philippines, as my true
and lawful attorney-in-fact for me and in my name, place and stead and for
my own use and benefit, to do any and all of the following acts and things in
relation to my residential house situated in Masaplod Norte, Dauin, Negros
Oriental, of which I am the registered owner, to wit:

1. To process, transact with any authorized personnel of NORECO II,

for the final tapping of electrical service connection to my house;

2. To sign papers, receipts, documents, and other writings and to

deliver and claim documents and pay necessary fees in connection
with the authority here-in above given to consummate the aforesaid
purpose.

GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and

authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite
and necessary to be done in and about the premises, hereby ratifying and
confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact will lawfully do or cause to be
done by virtue of these presents.
