1. Privacy Rights:
The fact is that privacy can easily be exposed on YouTube without permission or the knowledge that it
was uploaded. Private videos, embarrassing videos, crime, rape and death can be uploaded to YouTube
for the world to watch without permission and privacy can be breached in an hour. It leads to a situation
in which a person's personal life can be filmed and shared with the whole world to watch on YouTube, it
can lead to ruining their social life, cyber bullying and reveling secrets about them without them
knowing are allowing it.

2. Copyrights:
There are many full length movies, movie clips, TV shows episodes/clips and other types of videos that
were uploaded to YouTube. A lot of them could have possibly been copyrighted in which the video was
filmed in the cinema or out of the TV illegally and then uploaded to YouTube. Mainly those videos get
removed after a while due to the copyrighted reason however if a lot of people post the same clips of a
movie it might be impossible to remove all of them. The video/clip could have simply been copyrighted
and was recorded off a download, a CD or from another source. It affects the people to try to make
money out of showing those movies/clips on TV, in the cinema, selling CD's etc.
