CLASS RULES

1. Be aware of your responsibilities as a student.

2. Wear your shoecover upon entering the room.
3. No eating inside the classroom.
4. Cover your notebooks with the prescribed color and plastic.
5. Use black ink in writing. Red ink is only used for checking.
6. Notebooks will be checked unannounced. See to it that it is neat and the notes are always complete.
7. Observe deadlines. No late submission on all requirements or else, it will not be recorded.
8. Parents will be called for a conference in cases like cheating, absences, habitual tardiness, cutting classes, bullying
and other matters.
9. Avoid tardiness and absenteeism. Submit an excuse letter with parents ID to the class secretary when you arrive the
next day after your absence. (In cases like sickness, attach a copy of medical certificate).

Quizzes = 15% ( 8-10 quizzes per grading period )
Participation = 20% ( class recitation )
Long Test = 15% ( at most 2 long test per grading period)
Group Activity / Performance = 15% ( cooperation and behavior )
Project = 15%
Assignment = 5%
Periodical Test = 15%

ASSIGNMENT:
Graded recitation on Multiplication Table (Skip counting) table of 1, 2, 5 and 10 are not included
