I issue this legal notice to you as follows

1. My client states that my client and mr umesh the husband of 1st of you and father of the 2nd
of you are close friends since several years.
2. My client states that said umesh requested my client for financial assistance to meet family
necessities and discharge family debts.
3. My client states that he and umesh knows each other since they are friends, on 7-5-2015 my
client sent 5,00,000/- to umesh.
4. My client states that amount of 5,00,000/- rs 4,75,000/- was transferred to the account of
sri umesh through RTGS to a/c no 12861010003024 which has been maintained by umesh in
vijaya bank sadashivanager branch Bangalore.
5. My client states that said amount of rs 4,75,000/- was transferred from the account of my
client which is maintained at sbi of Hyderabad, adugodi branch Bangalore.
6. My client father states that remaining balance amount of rs 25,000/- Was paid by my client
to shri sumesh by way of cash on the same day on 07-05-2015.
7. My client sates that in consideration whereof the above said sri umesh executed necessary
documents in favor of my client for availed the loan amount my client states that the said shi
umesh also agreed to pay interest on the above said loan amount to my client.
8. My client states that the said sri, umesh who was the husband of 1st of you and father of 2nd
of you died on 6-6-2015.
9. My client states that you both being the successor and legal responsibilities of late sr,
umesh, you have initiated the estate of the deceased sr umesh my client states that you
being legal heirs of late mr, umesh have acquired movable and immovable properties of late
sri umesh my way of succession my client states that since inherited the estate of deceased
sri umesh it is your obligation to repay the debts of the deceased sri umesh.
10. My client states that in spite of repeated demands and remainders and personal approaches
by my client, both of you failed and neglected to pay the amounts due and understanding in
favor of my client.
11. My client states that after several reminders, my client 1st legal notice to both of you about
issued said sum of rs 5,00,000/- along with annum from 7-05-2015 till realization within 15
days from that date of notice 14-12-2015, my client states that the legal notice has been
answered my you and requested some time to repay said loan amount.
12. My client states that with good faith and sympathy my client granted some repayment time
to isn’t for and 2nd of you my client states that thereafter every request and plea of above
said loan amount has been will fully denained by 1st and 2nd of you
13. My client states that the act of non repayment of such traditional act injured my client
financial hardship, mental agony and insecurity.
