RE: REQUEST FO 100 MONOBLOCK CHAIRS TO THE HON. PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR
AMADO ESPINO, III
RESOLUTION No. 1

Whereas, everyone among the PTA Officers firmly believe that the school is an avenue whereby
the pupils’ total personality is shaped and developed in order for them to become productive citizens of
this country;
Whereas, it is vital for the school to conduct programs and extra – curricular activities in order for
the pupils to be given opportunities to show their potential;
Whereas, the school is in dire need of monoblock chairs to be utilized during the conduct of these
programs;
Wherefore on motion of Mr. James Aquino PTA Chairman, Committee Ways and Means, PTA
Board of Director Mrs. Susan T. De Vera to request to the Honorable Provincial Governor Amado
Espino, Jr. for 100 monoblock chairs;
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED that we the PTA Officers of Luyan Elementary
School and all present, it was;
RESOLVED FURTHER that a copy of this resolution be handed personally to Hon.
PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR AMADO ESPINO JR.
Approved unanimously this 20th day of August , 2018.
