- Managing: 20 staffs
- Main duties & responsibilities:

Ø Market development and trend defining

1. Study on environmental impacts, situations, trends; Future growing trends; Crop trends
and consumption habits related to local and foreign consumption of Vietnamese crops.
2. Researching and recommending technology in crop management; Reporting on issues
studied and publishing official recommendations and Working with relevant institutes
personnel to build MPV’s knowledge and training database.

Ø Product development:
1. Studying the role of the bio-pesticides and chemical pesticides for controlling pests.
2. Studying the effect of bio- and chemical pesticides to crops such as phytotoxicicty,
plant growth regulation.
3. Compiling trial result to suggest the use of bio- and chemical pesticides and other
products.

Ø Planning and controlling the in-house field and greenhouse trials, out-source trials.
Ø Supporting and training the staffs in the department to improve their working skills.
Ø Supporting Sales and Marketing team with product knowledge transfer, technical
support.
Ø Good knowledge on the Collective Labour Agreement, company regulations and
maintain secrecy on issues related to Map

- Other duties:
Ø Be responsible for personnel management of the department
Ø Do tasks assigned by administrators in higher management levels

- Authorization:
Ø Right to make proposals concerning tasks/ mission in order to improve his works.
Ø Manage the staffs in the department by assigning duties, arranging staff in group or
independent work manner.
Ø Right to ask for better working conditions to fulfill his tasks and duties.

Ø Internal: All colleague, Departments
Ø External: Related organizations such as Plant Protection Sub-Departments,
Agricultural Extension Centers, Research Institutes, and Universities…

- Requirements:
Ø Knowledge and Education level:
Graduated from an agricultural university
Ø Skills:
- Studying and conducting trials on bio-pesticides and chemical pesticides on key crops
- Skill of management
- Computer operation and Statistic analysis
- Experience: at least 5 years of experience up
