In the exigency of the service, you are hereby designated as Mathematics

Coordinator effective June 15, 2016.

With this designation, you have to assume inherent functions, duties and
responsibilities under the following considerations:

1. Monitor the competencies taught per year level with all concerned
teachers as per budget of time and work.
2. Plan, schedule and coordinate review, remedial, and enrichment classes.
3. Coordinate with subject teachers in the preparation of review materials,
summative tests and the development of innovative instructional material.
4. Initiate, lead and coordinate with the subject- teachers in the conduct of
school activities that will enhance the image of the school.
5. Spearhead and facilitate academic discussions for the improvement of
instruction in the subject area.
6. Monitor the summative tests of the subject-teacher.
7. Do other related works related works relative to coordinatorship as
assigned by the School Head.
