to complete, commission, operate and maintain the new CIA terminal.
The concession will also include the turnover of the operations and
management of the existing terminal to the same qualified

the capacity of the Laguindingan Airport and replace the Cagayan de
Oro (Lumbia) Airport, which served as large catchment area of Northern
Mindanao. It will be implemented under a PPP arrangement and will be
located in Barangay Moog, Municipality of Laguindingan, Misamis
Oriental, covering a total land area of 3.9 million square meters.
The projects will involve the provision of additional facilities and other
necessary improvements to enhance safety, security, access, and
operational efficiency, excluding Air Navigation Control, Air Navigation
Services and their associated services.
It involves the construction, operation and maintenance of the New
Manila International Airport located in Bulacan, Bulacan, including an
8.4 kilometer tollway that will connect NMIA to North Luzon Expressway
in Marilao, Bulacan. It consists of 4 parallel runways, with provision for
additional 2 parallel runways and a passenger capacity of 200 million
passengers per year with an opening year capacity of 100 million
passengers.

intermodal terminals at the southern outskirts of Metro Manila. The
proposed terminal will be located at (1) FTI property in FTI Compound,
Taguig City along the Southern Luzon Expressway/Skyway, and (2) at
PRA property beside Asia world/Uniwide along Coastal Road,
Paranaque City along the Manila-Cavite Expressway (R1-Expressway).
The South-SLEX terminal will serve the passengers who are travelling
to and from Laguna/Batangas side while the South-Coastal Road
terminal will serve the passengers who are travelling to and from the
Cavite side.
The project involves the construction of a 22.8km rail transit system
from North Avenue station in EDSA passing through Commonwealth
Ave., Regalado Ave., and Quirino Highway up to the proposed
Intermodal Transport Terminal in San Jose del Monte, Bulacan with 14
stations.
The Project is a 19.0 km rail project from Niyog, Bacoor (the terminus of

Involves (a) construction of a 47-kilometer (km), six-lane expressway-
cum-flood control dike, on a mainly off-shore alignment about 500
meters from the western shoreline of the lake, including bridges,
interchanges, access roads, pumping stations and floodgates; (b)
Rawland Reclamation and Horizontal Development (internal roads,
drainage, water and related facilities) of approximately 700 hectares of
foreshore and offshore areas in Laguna Lake, about 450 meters wide
and 15.6 kms. long, along the western edge of the expressway-dike and
separated from the shoreline by a waterway of about 100-150 meters,
from Taguig to Muntinlupa.
The TPLEX, then referred to as the Tarlac-La Union Toll Expressway
Project Phase 1, was approved by the ICC-CC on 11 July 2007 with a
total project cost of PhP 16.882 billion. The project, as approved by the
ICC, involves the contruction of an 84.50-kilometer two-lane (one lane
per direction) Asphalt Concrete Pavement expressway.

subsidy of PhP 1.986 billion. This will result in a total revised project
cost of PhP 24.303 billion for the TPLEX Ultimate Stage from SCTEX
terminus to Rosario, La Union.
