• Project Overview: The project goal was to improve Telkom’s RF Network Quality through various
optimization activities including but not limited to, Physical Optimization, Parameter Optimization,
Feature implementation, Neighbor list optimization and Knowledge transfer to the Telkom team.
• Project Outcome: The Project was successful with notable improvements in KPIs on the 2G, 3G, and 4G
KPIs as well as an improvement on overall network quality. Knowledge transfer was achieved
• Project Scope: The Project consisted of two distinct components, the full cluster optimization

component and the desktop Optimization component. The Project was delivered on time as per the
time plan. Oasis team was responsible for cluster KPIs until project handover.
• RF Replan: The second project consisted of RF replan of 200 sites within Nairobi region with a scope pf
changing RF tilts/azimuths heights and modernizing antennas/RRUs with an aim of improving site and
region KPIs and Net promoter score.

• Analyzing statistical KPI trends and DT analysis and carrying out remedial actions to resolve
emerging quality issues.
• Optimizing Existing 2G/3G/LTE sites in accordance with the agreed triggers for capacity, quality
and coverage sites.
• Monitoring statistical and drive test cluster KPI’s on a continuous basis and Trigger corrective
optimization plans and managing implementation to completion towards delivery of CSSR and CDR

sites. Maintaining standards 4G/3G/2G parameter rules on all radio database parameters.
