• 2G/3G Sites regular optimization based on OSS counters, drive tests as well as
customer complaints.
• 2G/3G cluster KPI troubleshooting, new feature recommendation, validation and activation.
• Providing /3G/2G first line optimization and technical support (Marketing, Operations,
and Customer Care).
• Ensuring achievement and maintenance of 3G/2G NW KPIs.
