Module Description
The purpose of the Capstone project is to give Learner a real-life environment where they can apply their SAP
Finance & Accounts Knowledge and Skills.
Feedback from business is that many ERP professional lack of real-life experience even after complete the course.
On completion of this module, Learners should be able to apply the knowledge and skill in the real- time scenario
of financial accounting.
Learner can choose a project from the organisation where they work or the one given by Lithan Academy
Learner will go through 4 stages of capstones (Planning, Design, Installation and Support). A tutor will be assigned
to guide Learner during the capstone project.
This module contains 8 tasks which contains several activities. The task must be completed as per the given
milestone schedules.

2. Learners’ Profile
Prospective Learners should meet any of the following educational qualifications and work experience
requirements to attend this course:
- Minimum Educational Qualifications: 2 GCE A Level passes or Diploma in any specialization with
minimum 2 credits or its Equivalent
- Work experience: Not mandatory

3. Instructional Units
There are no instructional units in capstone project module. The learner needs to perform a capstone project
following below mentioned tasks:

- Task 1: Enterprise Structure and Global Parameters – Part 1

- Task 2: Enterprise Structure and Global Parameters – Part 2
- Task 3: General Ledger
- Task 4: Accounts Receivable
- Task 5: Accounts Payable
- Task 6: Assets Accounting - Part 1
- Task 7: Assets Accounting - Part 2
- Task 8: Reports

Learning Outcomes
By end of this module, the learner should be able to perform the following activities:
- Analyze the given real time scenario
- Gather functional & Nonfunctional requirements from the clients
- Map the client requirements of Finance & Accounts with ERP system
- Configure the Financial Accounting systems according to the client requirements
- Create required master data
- Transfer the existing data from the legacy system to the ERP system
- Perform the all Finance & Accounts relevant transactions
- Generate required Financial Accounting reports
- Submit the project report
