VERIFICATION and
CERTIFICATION OF NON -FORUM SHOPPING

I, PILITA CORRALES, of legal age, widow, Filipino and resident of Sorsogon City,
Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state
that:

1. I caused the preparation of the foregoing Amended Complaint for Action for
Recovery of Ownership and Possession with Damages;
2. I have read the contents thereof and the facts stated therein are true and correct
of my personal knowledge and/or on the basis of copies of documents and records
in my possession;
3. To the best of my knowledge and belief, the following actions or proceedings
involving the same issues are pending in court:
a. An appeal of the decision of the 5th Municipal Trial Court of Buruanga – Malay
in a case for Forcible Entry docketed as Civil Case No. xxx-M is now pending
before the Regional Trial Court of Misibis Bay. This case was filed by Bevelyn
Fernan, et. al against Pilita Corrales, et. al;
b. A civil case for Declaration of Nullity of Title, Confirmation of Imperfect Title with
Damages is now pending before the Regional Trial Court Branch 6 of Misibis Bay,
Cebu and docketed as Civil Case No. xxx. This case was filed by Mark Anthony
Asuncion, et. al against Pilita Corrales, et. al;
c. A civil case for Declaration of Nullity of Title, Confirmation of Imperfect Title with
Damages is now pending before the Regional Trial Court Branch 6 of Misibis Bay,
Cebu and docketed as Civil Case No. xxx. This case was filed by Bevelyn Fernan,
et. al against Pilita Corrales, et. al.

4. If I should hereafter learn that there are other similar actions or proceedings filed or
pending before the Supreme Court, the Court of Appeals, or any other tribunal or
agency, I undertake to report that fact within five (5) days therefrom to this
Honorable Court.
