1.0 INTRODUCTION

Motivation is the main important things to make our mental and physical become stronger.
Motivation also is the most important things to push student to study over their limit. Without
motivation, the student lack of passion to study harder for their success.
Hence, the Kedah Student Association (PERMADAH) seen this motivation as a trigger and
decide to organize motivation program to build an excellent student at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan
Yan, Kedah Darul Aman. This program will be targeted to STPM student to gain their passion to
studies because this is the last step to form to pursue their studies in university.
Hence, this program can indirectly create closer bonding among member through the challenging
and interesting activities that provided. This motivation program also will promote University Malaya
as a number one university in Malaysia to the students and teachers. Therefore, hopefully this good
effort gets the pleasure and mercy of Allah S.W.T.

2.0 PURPOSE/AIM

This project paper aims to apply consideration and approval from Y. Bhg. Professor Dr. Abdul
Aziz Abdul Rahman, Deputy Vice-Chancellor of HEP and Alumni of University Malaya through
Encik Ruzaini Abdul Rahim, PERMADAH’s supervisory officer to approve this Excellent Motivation
Programme.
3.0 OBJECTIVE

3.1 Born the student that have high confidents to face the challenging problem in study
3.2 Infuse moral values to students
3.3 Expose to student with the cooperation concept in a team as a form of identity and
tolerances properties within each individual.
3.4 Promote University Malaya among students and teachers at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan
Yan.
 4.0 JUSTIFICATION PROGRAMME

This program is held to expose students about the importance of motivation to studies. This
program is held to make sure that the objective of this program such as build a high confidence among
students will accomplished. The EXCO already plan an activities of this program that suitable for the
objectives. So, the Kedah Student Association (PERMADAH) will give all of their opportunities to
run this motivation program at Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan Yan.

 In conclusion, it is hope that the goals and objectives of this program will be achieve
successfully through the commitment and cooperation from all parties that involved directly and
indirectly. Finally, hopefully this program can be a medium to gain a spirit and motivation for students
to studies, to promote University Malaya as a number one university in Malaysia, train leadership and
best personality forever.
