AGREEMENT FOR THE USE OF HOUSE AND LOT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

THAT WE/I, ____state the name___, of legal age, single/married to_____juan dele cruz___, a
resident of ______state ur address___________, hereinafter known as the BAILOR, and
___________, also of legal age, single/married to __________________, a resident of
___________________ and hereinafter known as the BAILEE, do hereby agree and state:

1. That the BAILOR is the owner of a certain House and Lot Located in ______________.
2. That the BAILOR hereby agrees to allow the BAILEE to use the House and Lot for free.
3. That the term of use is one (1) year from the institution of this contract or it may be
extended by the BAILOR.
4. That the House and Lot shall be return to the BAILOR after the agreed term of use.
5. That the BAILEE shall maintain the same in good condition.
