Project Description: This Rural Development investment will be used by the city of Clare for water
system improvements. The proposed project includes replacement of two iron
removal pressure filters, installation of two high service pumps and master meter,
along with other miscellaneous improvements.

Loan Term: 40 years

Interest Rate: 2.50%
