(To be completed by intern and internship site supervisor.) Please list specific activities the intern will be expected to do in the areas
shown. Not every intern will have activities in each of the areas below. Please refer to the "Experiences During Internship" section for
descriptions of each content area below.
Writing, including message identification and design: Precisely record all relevant guest data or transitional living facility resident
in the daily logs. Complete incident reports as required. Report any guest or resident concerns to management.
Oral communication: Convey restorative behavior needs, activities, and consequences to residents or guests in a reasonable,
positive, and circumspect way with an emphasis on attractive behavior as required.
Small group and nonverbal communication: Plan and encourage workshops that help residents in tending to life boundaries and
making strides towards self-sufficiency. Such as small group and one on one help with job seeking, interviewing, and fundamental
computer abilities.

Application of Communication Technology: Compose and configure content for print, emails, update company website.
Professional Development: Plan and encourage educational workshops during day shelter hours. Research grant opportunities
conduct research on existing and imminent donors while improving our current donor database.
Leadership: Preserve confidentiality, successfully work agreeably with others, ascertain professional limits with residents, guests,
volunteers and co-workers. Involves attentiveness to environment and managing efficiently occasionally with challenging behaviors.
Interns will work independently as allotted inside their authority limits.
