SYNOPSIS
The project entitled “aptitude assessment system” is developed to assess the various types
of aptitudes possessed by the students. The final year students attending the campus interviews
for jobs will have to face various types of aptitude tests like numerical aptitude, logical
reasoning, verbal reasoning, etc. The students scoring the required marks in the aptitude tests are
only promoted to the next level of the interview, such as group discussion, HR interview, etc.
This project identifies the specific areas in the aptitude where students need additional
attention to improve. This is done by conducting aptitude assessment test periodically. This will
increase the success rate of the students in the interviews.
In organization point of view, the aptitude tests are significant to make better hiring
decisions and avoid high job turnover rates. The goal is to get the right people, with the right
skills, in the right jobs. Hence aptitude is vital for employees and employers.
