I would like to request for a Cash Advance due to Financial Problem in terms of my Electricity &
Water Bills it has been due date until this week. I’m also ask for a permission to Ms. Precious Manigas
as our School Administrator & she advise me to ask for your assistance. The unsettled bills consumes
almost P3,500( Three thousand five hundred). It must be deducted on Feb28 & March 15, 2019. Thank
