GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS

CONCRETE WORKS

 Concrete pouring for slab, footing, beams, stairs and columns (3000psi, 28 days for concrete mix)
 Using 0.8mm steel deck for slab (2F and 3F)
 Using 16mm RSB for main bars of beam and column, 10mm RSB for stirrups
 Using 10mm RSB for temp. bars for slab
 Using 12mm and 10mm RSB for stairs

MASONRY WORKS

 Using #4 CHB for walls and partitions, plastered in cement finish for interior and exterior wall.
 Using 10mm RSB for reinforcement of walls.
 Application of BOYSEN Flexibond for walls.

ROOFING WORKS

 Using 0.4mm Rib-type pre-painted (verify color)

 Using 0.4mm Gutter & Flashing and other accessories
 Using 2”x2”x3/16” Angle Bar for trusses primed with red oxide
 Using 9mm Insulation

STEEL WORKS

 Fabrication of steel railings (verify design) using 2”x2” tubular bars.

 Painted with QDE (verify color).

TILING WORKS

 Installation of 60x60cm ceramic floor tiles for common hallway/areas.

 Installation of 40x40cm ceramic floor tiles for rooms.
 Installation of 30x30cm ceramic floor and wall tiles (1.5m) for comfort rooms.

SUPPLEMENTARY WORKS

 Using of THHN wires for electrical connections

 Installation of ½” PVC pipe, hose, junction and utility boxes for electrical.
 Installation of drainage PVC pipes, down spouts and floor drain.

Balilla Construction Solutions

  Installation of sanitary and waterline PVC pipes for additional toilet.
 Supply of electrical switches, pinlights and outlets
 Supply of additional circuit breakers (if necessary)
 CR fixtures using COOL Brand and equivalent
 Fabrication of kitchen cabinets and room cabinets using ¾” marine plywood in semi-ducco finish.

PAINTING WORKS

 Application and preparation for painting of walls. Using BOYSEN Flat latex for primer and
BOYSEN/ROS/DAVIES Semi-gloss for finish.
 Application and preparation for ceiling. Using BOYSEN Flat latex as primer and finish.

CEILING WORKS

 Using 9mm Gypsum board in light metal framing (for common area).
 Using 3.5mm fiber cement board in light metal framing (for cr and outside eaves).

DOORS & WINDOWS

 Installation of PVC Plastic door (cr); Moulded door (rooms); Panel Door (main door)
 Installation of analoque aluminum framing window. (verify sizes).
