    Sight-reading is the ultimate type of focus.

    Must be able to
    focus for ten minutes or more.
     Breathe in and out
     Clear mind
     Ignore all distractions and anything deemed unimportant
    Some Extra Tips:
    1. Check key signature, tempo, time signature, etc.
    2. Read the piece over as much as you can
    3. Possibly sing some of it out
    4. If you can, shadow play on instrument
    5. Only when you are fully ready should you play
