Devise terms and contract for enhancement of image of ASBM for a contract to
be signed between the students and the management.

NOTE

This contract is made between the management of Asian School of Business Management (ASBM)
and the students.

It may be terminated by mutual consent of a written notice 3 months prior to the specified
termination date.

Both wish to establish the terms and conditions to be applicable.

Terms of Contract

 The students and the management wish to promote academic exchanges and develop
academic collaboration to be beneficial mutually
 Both parties propose the academic exchanges to enhance their collaborative
projects/activities in respect of student referral to pursue higher education”
 Both parties propose the academic exchanges to enhance their collaborative
projects/activities in respect of ASBM development
 Both parties propose the academic exchanges to enhance their collaborative
projects/activities in respect of Extracurricular development
 Both understand that any subsequent financial involvement shall have to be discussed on
each activity basis
 Details of specific co-operative programs shall be set forth in separate annexes which shall
be respectively attached in accordance with each specific projects/activities
 In addition, it deems to appoint an appropriate person of each party to co-ordinate in the
development & Implementation of the projects/activities
 This contract will be effective upon approval by both parties & shall be valid for a period of 2
years or the term, whichever is higher
 Both the parties should promote ASBM in their respective works and communities
 Both the parties must mutually hold international workshops and conference sessions for
the students of ASBM
 Both the parties agree to work closely in ASBM for all initiatives
 Both parties agree to promote education and research

This contract will be reviewed briefly by both the parties.

The duly authorized representatives of both parties hereunder put their signatures to validate this
contract.
