Introduction
In this assignment, i will disscuss about what i have done in the group assignment 1. I will review and
reflect my performance and our skill through the team working, creative development and presentation
skill. Therefore, i can give the experiences from my faults and do the next assignment well.
LO4: Demonstrate an ability to critically reflect on the skills of team working, creative development and
presentation skill.
P6: Complete a reflective statement that critically reflects on team working , creative development and
presentation.
After doing the first assignment, our members had a wide range of dissussion around the group
assignment.
First of all , regarding to the team working:
-object: our group have 4 members, we chose bitis as an case study to make clear about the new
development . We decided to choose P to do and our report have approximately about 6000 words with a
presentation by record video woth PowerPoint slides.
- the process when we do this assignment:
+ we have about 2 weeks to finish the assignment, however, our group wait to the last week do the
assignment and the night before the deadline to record the video and PowerPoint slides. I think we can not
manage the time to do the assignment. It makes our menbers become under pressure with the deadline.
That is one of the reason why our report have some faults need to be fix.
+ Reading all of our report, we can understand about the content of our report. However, some of
pharagraph make the reader misunderstand with some weak words and the unclear information, especially
at the first part. We have a wide range of mistake and unclear sentences. It make the reader can not
understand totally about the content. However, the third and the last part is better, with less mistake about
grammar and sentences. Bitis is a weak case study because it is not popular in our market. It hard to find
the informantion to do. Our group lack the pictures and the number of this case study. So i think that is
why our report can nit make clear in totally.
+ our video making by the PP slides and record voice. Therefore, we can not present naturally with the
audience.
+ our group have lack of the communication between the members. We just decide the part to the
members without the discussion and arguement.
Secondly, creative develoment: our group using bitis as an case study. It can be a safety option because
bitis is a brand in Vietnam. The final discussion is about the sneaker. The planning process was taken from
Biti’s previous releases of the Marvel collection and adjusted to adapt to new demands of the market.
Most of the changes are improving the consumers experience in after-sale services such as warrantee and
providing information about upcoming promotion programs. While it is not a new idea, it is what the
company lacks in practice and a new product would be perfect to experiment the new customer service
system. It is quite unfortunate that there is no illustration for the product pitched in the report. It is a
fashion item; a more detailed description of the looks should have been made as well as statements how
the design present the ideas of the theme it carries. However, the more technical properties were
mentioned and those are vital for a premium product. It is a safe bet for group to choose a product that has
an established market as well as a growing demand.
Last but not least is our presentation skill: we present by record video. Therefore , the video can not attract
the others. We cannot do the voice best and it is not natural.
I have some recomendation about the assigment. Our member need to have more discussion before the
report. We need to spend more time to do the assignment, not just 'run' with the deadline. Our leader need
to make clear the information that the members did not understand and guide them when finishing the
assignment.
Conclusion
After this assigment, i will have more experiences to do the next group assignment and i can improve my
skill.
