requirements, quantity restrictions, time restrictions and export restrictions.

 Type of fish- Varieties of fish in deep sea and public sea, with what fish we have the best potential, any
restrictions on fish types and why.

 Man power- In order to serve a capacity of 500 metric tons, what kind of man power we are looking at,
their wages and overhead costs, what expertise we need, available human resources, number of workers
in a boat/ in the factory, working hours to cater demand, safety measurements, hygiene and health
requirements.

 Size of Investment - Land and building cost, purchasing of boats, machinery, staff salaries and other
variable costs.

 Current parties who are involved in this business- How big their investments are, what are the
expertise they have, what kind of technology, nature/ length of experience they have, how successful,
barriers and bottlenecks as per their view etc.

 Cost- benefit analysis : In a virtual scenario ( 500 metric tons capacity) , how much is the investment
and how much would be the return.

 Approximate time line for establishing the business : Government approvals, browsing of suitable
and fertile deep sea borders, expertise and head hunting etc.

 Sea fish farming options: What are the possibilities, potential, current operations, how lucrative etc
