CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

The undersigned Complainant, under oath, hereby accuses ROLAND PANIS y CANIN
alias “ROLLY,” resident of Barangay Makahiya, Quezon City of the crime of ACTS OF
LASCIVIOUSNESS, defined and penalized under Article 336 of the Revised Penal Code,
committed as follows:

“That on or about 2:30 in the afternoon of April 12, 2016, at Barangay Matapang,
Quezon City and within jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the above-named accused, by
means of force and intimidation, did then and there willfully, unlawfully and feloniously had
carnal knowledge with the complainant Angel, 18 years old, against her will and consent, to her
damage and prejudice”.
