June 2019), will be provided to each homeowner for review, comments and
suggestions

• Meeting of BOD and OFFICERS after collecting the reviewed drafts

• General meeting of BOD and OFFICERS with HO about the ratification of the
BY-LAWS

• Posting of the ratified BY-LAWS in the FB group

10. Utilizing FB group

• Posting of event's announcements 

> if super important - 2 weeks prior the meeting

> normal event - a week prior the meeting

• liquidation (budget for the event, expenses incurred and remaining budget)

• reminders from BOD / officers

• concerns of HO

• No business ad posting in this group

• All HO must be members of the FB group

• All current BOD / officers must be admins of the group

 • Tip from the mayor’s office: A road will be constructed to connect EK to SLEX.
1-B’s road might be connected to this, so the subdivision will no longer be a
private subdivision since it will considered a public road because of this
