Key activities.
Our main activity is to transport food from the restaurant to the customer. We are a logistics
company. With our Superhero cars and drivers we will deliver the food to the customers as fast as
possible. Our goal is to make the food ordering process as simple and smooth as possible for the
customer.

Value Preposition
To deliver food everywhere within Reykjavik from a wide range of restaurants. By making the
ordering process smooth and simple we make it easy and desirable to order food to your home.

Key Partners
The key partners will be the restaurant we are delivering for. We will have their menus on our
webpage and through that the restaurants will get more orders.
We will also partner with car rentals and leas our cars from them. In that way we will not have to
invest and buy the cars ourselves.

Key Resources
Our key resources are the online platform, partnering restaurants and our salespeople.
The online platform consists of our webpage and an application. Through both of these platforms
the customers can find restaurants and their menus and then place an order.
Partnering restaurants are the restaurants we deliver for.

Customer relationship
It is very important for us to get a loyal customer base. Customers that use our platform and service
to order food on a regular basis is obviously a vital part of our business. To get people to use us, we
have to constantly remind them and attract them to use our service. By giving them suggestions of
different restaurants and letting them know of any possible offers we keep the customers informed
and interested.
Channels

Our main channels will be the webpage, the app, e-mail and different social medias. In the
beginning it is very important to spread awareness and let people know about the company. By
spamming different social medias we will raise awareness. In the long term, the channels will
mostly be used to retain the customers and to take care of the customer relationships.

Our two main target segments will be families and young adults/ students.
Families are a good target group since they have a busy and stressful everyday life. Parents might
not always have the time to cook and for that superhero delivery is a perfect solution. Families also
have a budget big enough to splurge on a bit more expensive dinner alternative a couple of times a
month.
Young adults are also a good target group since they too have busy lives. This demographic might
also be more lazy (hungover) at times. Like the families the7y also have enough many to spend on a
bit more expensive dinner alternative. The good thing about young people is that they tend to have a
broad culinary palette which means they would appreciate the vast amount of restaurants our
service would offer. We offer an alternative to Domino's Pizza.

Revenue streams
Our revenue streams will be based on the fixed delivery fee we add to the food price. To the price
the restaurant takes for the food we will ad delivery fee to cover expenses like gas and salary. On
top of this we will add a 10% cost that makes our profit. In the future we will utilize our increased
value and also charge the restaurants for signing up and using our platform.
