Key Responsibilities:
 Responsible for administration, maintenance and smooth operation bank and Easy Paisa.
 Monitoring of the system and its interfaces to ensure service targets and achieved.
 Responsible for information Technology Operations and support
 Focuses on minimizing potential problems and incidents.
 Responsible for information Technology overall project and operations implementation
 Project & Operational Implementations and SIT & UAT
 Monitoring Servers Easy paisa Branchless Banking, Transactions, ATM, and POS etc.
 Preparation & Readiness of test environments, conducting of System Integration testing’s, cutovers to production
movements.
 Manage uptime and down time statistics.
 Support for real time issues faced on daily basis for users.
 Maintain user access forms.
 Sync of environments (HA, DR and production)
 Monitor 24/7 operations
 Provide second line of support to customer issues
 Trouble shooting of technical issues.
 Keeping the knowledge base updated.
 Ensure execution and delivery of business reports.

Key Performance Indicators:

 Immediate response for Provide Support to concern departments about issues resolution.
 Covered real-time bugs on production.
 Keep vigilant while monitoring financial transactions.
 Comply Vendor instaurations as per upcoming patches
 & modules for live environment.
 Issue diagnosed upon services failure with least timing.
 Challenging situation on prompt basis.
 ISO logging expertise to conduct investigate unhanded or dispute transaction.

Required Qualification, Education and Certifications:
