Summary
Learning the material, preparing lectures, preparing PowerPoint presentation on lectures, keeping
up to date with current advances in research and technology, choosing an appropriate textbook,
consulting business organizations, grading etc.

Responsibilities & Duties

1. Research activities:
a) Solving problems that were previously unsolved
b) Becoming expert in one or more areas.
2. Keeping up to date:
a) Reading journals
b) Attending conferences
c) Staying in touch with other researchers in the same field.
3. Publishing article:
a) Writing the solved problems that were newly as an article.
b) Submitting to an academic journal for publication.
4. Teaching:
a) Delivering lecture in class
b) Preparing PowerPoint presentation for the ease of lecture.
c) Counseling students for making research and building career.
d) Instructing students in some particular courses.
5. Service activities:
a) Serving in various committees at the department and faculty.
b) Organizing conferences
c) Editing and referees for journal.
Experience:

a) 8-10 years of progressively more responsible position in teaching and research.

Education:

a) Bachelor’s degree in any field/ in particular field for particular department.

b) Master’s in any field/ in particular field for particular department.
