On June 11th, 2019, the Utah Court of Appeals ordered a provisional and temporary stay pending the court’s review of the administrative proceedings at issue in this case. After so ordering, the court of appeals certified this matter to us. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Motorola’s Rule 17 Motion for Stay Pending Review is denied.
