To have a successful business communication is important to have certain traits. The
development of some abilities is essential to improve the communication in business. The
nonverbal information when you communicate influences greatly in how the other person
perceive you and it is important to always show interest. For example, to be subtle such as
how you shake hands, your expressions when reacting to certain situations. As well as talking
in first person to avoid speaking in behalf of others. The communication is not only to know
how to speak correctly but also to know how to listen, paying attention on what the other
person is saying and to avoid interrupting the conversations and attempt to avoid talking in
distracting places.

The communication can be improved in the school by not only trying to transmit the
messages and the information through e-mails and posters, nonetheless to try to connect more
with the people because the nonverbal communication gives the opportunity to receive and
understand more accurately the message or idea.

I believe the communication in the future will reach to almost any person in the world because
of the technology. The walls among languages will be not a big problem as it is today.
However, it could be less common the personal conversations between the people, for
example, it would be easy to communicate in a videocall or even in virtual reality because it
can be better instead on trying to be in the same place if they are from different countries or
even continents.
