一年的时间过得特别快，转眼间我们又在同样的地方与大家相聚。

有一些家长是第一次参与我们、有些以及参与了很多次。真的很感
恩大家一路以来对钜增幼儿园的爱戴与支持，一直以来和我们一起
见证一届又一届的孩子们的成长与蜕变。

Times fly, here we meet again. Welcome and thank you for being with
us today. I am really grateful to everyone for your support to witness
the growth and development of the children from years to years.

不知不觉钜增幼儿园已经来到了第15个年头，15年说长不长、说短
不短，但我相信跟了我们好几年的家长们可以看见我们都在不断的
进步与改变。不管是在教学模式上、活动策划上还是针对孩子们的
潜能开发上，我们都不断地改进。因为我们的老师们都不断学习和
进修，为了是让自己成长、也让小朋友成长。
Tadika Johan has been in service for 15 years. I believe that parents
who have been with us for several years can see our progress and
improvement, be it in teaching mode, event planning or the
development of children. Anyway, my teachers and I still keep on
learning by taking courses during weekends or holidays. Hoping that
we can provide the best service to the young children.

今年我们恳亲会的主题为 “飞吧，时光机“，主要想要表达的就是
钜增幼儿园在这十五年里的点点滴滴。从一开始凭着热忱与自己坚
持的教育理念开办了这所幼儿园，这些年里不断地寻找让孩子们更
好的学习与发展方式而不断改进，就像我们的世界从古至今不断地
在进步，但不管再怎么进步都坚持的把好的想法、好的信念继续的
传下去。【学会与时并进、但也不忘初心；孩子的成长就是我们努力
的目标】这个就是 ”飞吧，时光机“想要传达给在场的每一个人的讯
息。
This year, the theme of the concert is “the story of the time machine”.
The main thing I want to express is the growth of kindergarten in this
fifteen years. From the very beginning, we have started this
kindergarten with enthusiasm and our own educational philosophy. In
the past few years, we have been constantly looking for ways to make
children learn and develop better, just like our world has been
continuously improving since ancient times. But no matter how much
the progress is, I will continue to pass on good ideas and good beliefs.
[Learn to keep up with the times, but not forget the initial heart; the
growth of the child is the goal of our efforts] .This is the message we
want to bring over to you all.

这一次的恳亲会我们运用和和去年一样的故事性的呈现模式，但是
不一样的是我们加入了影片的元素、想要还原最真实 最原始的情景
给爸爸妈妈们。老实说，这一种用故事把舞蹈串联在一起的方式真
的很不容易，从一开始的中心思想构思、到故事编辑、再到老师与
小朋友们的练习，录音、影片串联，每一个过程都需要花很多很多
的心思。对孩子们来说最大的挑战就是他们必须在最短的时间里熟
悉故事剧情、练习进出场、学习演艺、表情管理等等。这一次戏剧的
孩子们包括了年龄最小的4岁、5岁与6岁；通过每天的练习我们看
到了孩子们一天天不断地在成长和改变、技巧越来越成熟、也变得
越来越有自信。虽然整个过程是很辛苦，但是我相信当爸爸妈妈们
看到他们今天的呈现后一定会非常惊喜、震惊！所以接下来，希望
爸爸妈妈们不要吝啬你们的掌声，多给他们一些鼓励与支持！
The presentation today is story-based. Children learn to act, dance, talk in
dramatic style and being recorded the sound, time management, expression of
feeling, control of emotion and spirit of keeping on trying and practising. This
made them confident to be on the stage today. No matter how their
performance is today, they have shown their best. So daddy and mummy,
please give them your applause to show your support and encouragement.

接下来就和爸爸妈妈们报告我们幼儿园的新模式方针。钜增幼儿园
一直秉持着让孩子们在欢乐中学习、在快乐中成长，因此在教学模
式上每一年都会有不同的创新模式。就好像今年我们运用的华语与
科学融合的主题教学。语文是一种沟通模式、而最好可以让孩子们
掌握语言的模式就是不断地沟通、理解、聆听，其次再到认字与书
写。采用与科学融合的原因是因为想让孩子们用生活中最简单的例
子来进行交流、深入探讨进而达到学会理解、沟通、认字、写字等
I am here to share with you, every year we implement innovative teaching. We integrated

Science and language. Language is a mode of communication, and the best way for children
to master the language is to constantly communicate, understand, listen, and then to
recognise words and write. The reason for adopting the integration with science is because
children could gain knowledge, understand and communicate through their daily life
practice.

而今年我们采用了体验式的学习模式，尽可能的还原最真的情况让
小朋友们进行探索与学习。就好像当我们的课程进行到食物主题时
，就让小朋友们自己研制咸蛋、制作健康早餐、专家来幼儿园讲解
和示范清洁水对健康的影响等；当课程进行到动物主题时，就让小
朋友们一起来见证真的蛹蜕变成蝴蝶、孵化小鸡的过程、养殖兔子
的经验等等。对我们来说，最好的的学习就是亲身经历、亲眼见证、
亲身感受，所以我们的老师们都竭尽所能地用最真实的道具与过程
来让小朋友们理解每一个要传达的知识与概念。而这种教学模式我
们发现，孩子们的理解能力不断的在进步、知识停留的时间也比较
长、对于很多的新鲜事物也多了一分好奇与探索能力。
This year, we implement experiential learning. For instance, they learn to make salted eggs
themselves, make their own nutritious breakfast and so on for food themed learning. The
children witness the process of the life circle of a butterfly and chick, takes care of a pet
rabbit and fish. All the processes make children love and are interested to learn, easy to
understand and remember because their curiosity and exploration need are fulfilled.

再来，就是我们一直坚持的让孩子们尝试的IQ MATHS高思维训练
模式。这一套的系统主要是让孩子们锻炼逻辑思维、开展创新力与
提升孩子们对于事物的理解力。思维能力是一个小朋友最核心的能
力，通过对数字的逻辑分析与思维能力，可以帮助小朋友们形成思
考力、学习力、创造力与解决问题的能力等等，而这一些能力都是
实实在在的能力。在今年9月15日，我带领了20个家庭的小朋友到
诗巫参加台湾国际珠算数学联合会（马来西亚东马）分会所主办的
砂拉越林清堂杯珠心算及IQ 智能数学比赛。孩子们都获得骄人的成
绩。比赛结果：珠心算比赛一年级的房圣哲获得第一名，二年级的
谢世佑夺得第一名，三年级的黄成涛夺得第一名。他们都是本园的
学生，5岁开始就在本园学习珠心算。
IQ智能数学比赛的成绩是由
四岁组的Nur Afiqah和温斯婷荣获第二名，Atharyzz 获得第三名
五岁组林继强夺得第一名，黄欣诒，沈欣惠第三名，六岁组莊立轩
获得第二名，官承希及李诗敏获得第四名。
本园也会在这来临的假期开办小学IQ智能数学班，让更多小朋友获
益。

The children of Tadika johan also learn IQ MATHS-with higher order thinking skill which is
designed to allow children to practise logical thinking, develop innovation and enhance
children's understanding of things. Thinking ability is the core ability of a child. Through the
logical analysis and thinking ability of numbers, it can help children to develop thinking,
learning, creativity and problem-solving skills and the list goes on.
