This study will primarily aim to determine the Annihilation Effect of Cane Toad (Bufo
marinus) Bufotoxin Crude Extract Against Rice Case worm (Paraponyx stagnalis)

C. Experimental Design
This study will be laid out using Complete Randomized Design (CRD).
D. Data Gathering Procedure
To be able to gather the data needed in this study, the researcher will do the procedures
below.
Before conducting the study, the test area will be cleaned to maintain the cleanliness
of the area. Two (2) glass box and five (5) containers will be prepared for the experiment. The

Five (5) cane toads will be collected randomly at Barangay Nagbalioartian Sinait
Ilocos Sur. The researcher will use gloves and eyeglass for protection. The collected cane toad

Nagbalioartian, Sinait, Ilocos Sur. The researcher will use gloves for protection. Net will be used
in collecting the rice caseworms. The collected rice caseworms will be placed in a glass box.
Five (5) caseworms will be randomly selected and placed in every container.
