Some important points:

1. The dates mentioned in the calendar, especially with regard to end of Mid Term and End Term Examinations, are tentative and a
variation may occur. Students are advised to plan for travel after looking at their respective date sheet for all components of regular End
Term Examinations i.e. Theory (ETE) / Lab or Practical (ETP) / Viva for Projects/ Dissertations etc. As per University policy the student
will be required to vacate the residential room/ apartment within 2 days after the end of all components of Regular End Term
Examination.
For example:

The last date for conducting End Term Examination (ETE) including Theory and Capstone Evaluation (wherever applicable) for all
programmes by the University is upto Monday, July 08, 2019. If a student’s all components of Regular End Term Examination end on
Saturday, June 29, 2019, then as per University Policy, the student will have to vacate the hostel by Monday, July 1, 2019 and not
Monday, July 08, 2019
2. If a student is not present on the date of scrutiny he/she will lose the opportunity to look at his/her answer books, however such
students can apply for re-evaluation.
3. There will be no scrutiny of reappear examination answer books; however such students can apply for revaluation.
4. Any examination may be held on any working day (i.e. other than Sunday).
5. Part time students may be required to visit the University other than Sundays in order to apply for re-evaluation, re-appear exam,
backlog registration, dissertation guidance etc. Whenever required, classes may be scheduled on days other than Sundays.
6. The schedule of Sports / co-curricular / cultural events will be notified separately by the concerned Division/ School .
