April 16, 2019 (Tuesday) Deadline for the submission of:

a. Final Student Teaching Evaluation form (by the SI)

b. Final Demo Teaching Eval form by the SI (for those who did not yet return the
original form)
c. For the Off-campus training at PCNHS:
Submit the original copy of Final Demo (by the CT) and Final Student Teaching
Eval (by the CT). The photocopied eval forms will be attached to the narrative

April 26, 2019 (Friday) Deadline for the submission of:

Let your in-campus CT accomplish the Final Student Teaching Eval (by the CT)

f. For those who did not submit 6-10 prof readings with reflections/essay last
midterms, you are still required to submit for completion. Incomplete prof
