1 month – head on 1 side, holds head up normally, hands closed, fixates on objects midline,
alerts on language, throaty gurgling sounds, reflex smile
2 months – head in midline with prone, head lags on pull to sitting position, fixates, follows
objects past midline, vocalizes, diminishes activity when talked to
3 months – Social smile, head central while prone, turns hea to sound, coos and squeals
4 months – Hands together, Regards own hands, reaches for objects but misses, orient to voice
sideways, laughs loud
5 months – plays with rattle placed in hand , good head , back straight, reaches for objects and
puts them to mouth, smiles at mirror image
6 months – orients to bell laterally , Razzing, chest up whem prone
7 months – Reverse crawl, imitates speech sounds , rolls over, creeps,
8 months – transfers objects from one hand to the other, responds to commands of
9 months - sits alone with support, holds milk bottle, objct constancy
10 months – pincer grasp an waves bye bye
11 months – understands gestures and responds to sound of name
12 months – kisses on request
Cannot stand alone, pulls to stand, indiscriminate papa and mama, gesture language,
discriminate papa and mama, speak few words
