Greetings!

This pertains to the drainage canals along the P. Paterno Ext. St. particularly in the vicinity of
this jail facility.

With the rainy season expected to arrive soon, undersigned believes it is prudent to have the
said drainage canals declogged as early as now to prevent the perennial flooding during rainy
season in the said section of the street.

Hence, undersigned would like to respectfully request for personnel and equipment from the
City General Services Office for the conduct of declogging operation of the aforesaid drainage
canals as soon as possible.
