The primary purpose of this engagement letter is to set the source on which we
act as consultants of the company and our corresponding engagement work. As
consultants, we are bound to help organizations improve its performance, operate
primarily through the analysis of existing organizational problems and the development
of plans for improvement. We will help the organization and you, as the manager, to
bring your own proprietary methodologies or frameworks to guide the identification of
problems and to serve as the basis for recommendations for more effective
or efficient ways of performing work tasks.

The type of field work will cover not only in giving information and assistance but
also to help your start-up business prosper even during weak economic climate. To
remain competitive and profitable requires a lot more than just being able to organize a
workforce. The services will primary give emphasis on the encountered and potential
problem of the company specifically on operational transactions and security
management system. Through this, the engagement team can figure out the
information needed to discharge those problems. As a manager, knowing how and
when to make crucial decisions is not always easy but we understand what it takes to
help make all companies succeed. Being able to leverage this expertise when making
important decisions can help your company in ensuring that marketability is dominated
and progress is constant.

Our goal is to provide your company with quality consulting services at a


reasonable cost and time. Although we will do our best to serve you with utmost
responsibility, we cannot, however, guarantee success on any project.
We will disclose the weaknesses and irregularities of the business. We will assist
your company sustain its marketability and progress. There is still an unavoidable risk
that not all problems in the business will be resolved due to some limitations. However,
we will perform our duty to identify possible courses of action to help your business.

We charge our clients based on the hours worked. The consulting fee will range
from P3,000 to P5,000 which does not include adjunct costs related to the performance
of the consulting service.

We will issue a written report of our findings and recommend solutions for the
welfare of the business.
