Role: Head of Investor Relations

Location: Mumbai

The main responsibilities for the Head of IR position are:

 Develop a robust investor relations strategy and framework

 Develop investor confidence and belief in the company’s vision and strategy for delivering superior
shareholder value
 Drive investor relations to achieve and maintain best in class multiple for the Company
 Drive active investor engagement to attract and hold marquee investors on the shareholder’s list
 Drive research coverage from top global brokerage houses
 Develop and maintain proactive relationships with relevant stakeholders including key investment decision
makers, investors, large domestic and global brokers and research analysts
 Create and manage a strong reputation by demonstrating consistent and clear communication between
internal and external parties
 Provide feedback and insight on investor sentiment and industry conditions;
 Provide feedback as to the expected reaction from the investment community from proposed transactions,
corporate planning/budgeting and operating results
 Analyse and present financial trends, competitor behaviour, shareholder issues, and anything else that
could impact the business
 Responsible for overseeing and managing quarterly earnings and conference calls
