and GONZALO SINGCO SYGACO married to Flora Sygaco, a resident of Manjuyod, Negros
Oriental, both of legal age, Filipinos, all hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS OF VALENTIN
SYGACO;

All hereinafter referred to as the HEIRS.

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, during the lifetime of VALENTIN SYGACO married to Aniceta Singco, is the
registered owner of three (3) parcels of land Lot Nos. 3, Block No. 5 covered by Transfer
Certificate of Title No. T-3607, Plan Psu-9825 covered by Original Certificate of Title No. O-
V-58 and Plan Psu-97822 covered by Original Certificate of Title No. O-V-60, situated in Piapi,
Dumaguete City, and Dungo-an, Manjuyod, respectively, all in Negros Oriental, Philippines,
which parcels of land are more particularly described and bounded as follows:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. T-3607

“A parcel of land (Lot No. 3, Block No. 5, of the subdivision plan, Psd-
14107, being a portion of Lot No. 402-A described on plan Psd-13471, G.L.R.O.
Cad. Rec. No. 140) with all the improvements thereon, situated in the Barrio of
Pipai, Municipality of Dumaguete, Province of Oriental Negros. Bounded on
the North by Road Lot No. 10; on the East by Road Lot No. 11; on the South
by Road Lot No. 11; and on the West by Lot No. 2, Block No. 5. Containing an
area of TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX (236) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

and NW., by property of Daniel Zarato Sycip; and on the SE., by the Bais-
Manjuyod Provincial Road. Containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND FORTY
(8,040) SQUARE METERS, more or less.”

Casedo); on the NE., by the Talayang Creek (beyond the Talayang Creek,
properties of the Heirs of Eusebio Zarato Sycip (joint owners) and the Heirs of
Alipio Singco (new) Heirs of Eusebio Zarato Sycip); on the SE., by the Talayang
Creek (beyond the Talayang creek, property of the Heirs of Alipio Singco (new)
Heirs of Eusebio Zarato Sycip, property of the Heirs of Eusebio Zarato Sycip, the
Talayang Creek (beyond the Talayang creek, property of the Heirs of Eusebio
Zarato) and the Bais-Manjuyod Provincial Road; on the W., by property of

WITNESSETH FURTHER:

Whereas, VALENTIN SYGACO and his wife died intestate and without debts on
_________________ and on ______________, respectively, at Manjuyod, Negros Oriental, and
at the time of his/their death(s), he/they left his/their children as his/their only surviving
compulsory and forced heirs, namely, TOMAS SINGCO SYGACO, FRUCTOUSO SINGCO
SYGACO, GUILLERMO SINGCO SYGACO, BONIFACIO SINGCO SYGACO, JACINTA
SYGACO VAILOCES and GONZALO SINGCO SYGACO;

Whereas, TOMAS SINGCO SYGACO married to Flora Anfone Sygaco died intestate
and without debts on 27 August 1984 and 21 September 2015 at Bais City, Negros Oriental,
and at the time of his death, he left his children as his only surviving compulsory and forced
heirs, namely, ALVIN ANFONE SYGACO, BRENDA SYGACO GARGARITA, CHARLENE
SYGACO SCHWIEN, DANILO ANFONE SYGACO, EDMUND ANFONE SYGACO, FELDA
SYGACO PILEO, GLENN ANFONE SYGACO, HERBERT ANFONE SYGACO and IMELDA
SYGACO WEE;

Whereas, ALVIN ANFONE SYGACO died intestate and without debts on 20 January
1981 at Manjuyod, Negros Oriental, leaving with no issues;

Whereas, FRUCTUOSO SINGCO SYGACO married to Mary Codina Sygaco died

intestate and without debts on 08 March 1983 at Bais City, Negros Oriental, and at the time
of his death, he left his wife and children as his only surviving compulsory and forced heirs,
namely, MARY CODINA SYGACO, MARIA GRACE SYGACO BACANG and EMMANUEL
IRVING CODINA SYGACO;

Whereas, GUILLERMO SINGCO SYGACO married to Fermina Basas Sygaco died

intestate and without debts on 16 September 2015 and on 18 January 2013, respectively, at

Dumaguete City and Manjuyod, Negros Oriental, and at the time of his death, he left his
children as his only surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, ROMEO BASAS SYGACO,
LOWEN BASAS SYGACO, CYNTHIA SYGACO PATRON and MARSHA SYGACO BAJARIAS;

Whereas, BONIFACIO SINGCO SYGACO married to Natividad Posadas Sygaco died

intestate and without debts on 25 June 2015 and on 24 March 2016, respectively, at
Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, and at the time of his death, he left his children as his only
surviving compulsory and forced heirs, namely, MYLA SYGACO CABATINGAN, BONA
SYGACO HO, MARICRIS SYGACO MACALANDONG and JOSE MARI POSADAS SYGACO;

Whereas, invoking Section 1, Rule 74, of the Rules of Court, and the laws on intestate
succession, the herein HEIRS of the above-named deceased person/s, hereby adjudicate unto
themselves, their undivided share to the aforementioned parcels of land, subject to Section 4,
Rule 74, re: The liabilities imposed therein.
