My name is Melchizedek E. Mashambo, male of 23 years old. I completed my Bachelor of Science

(mathematics and ICT) with education at Mzumbe University this year 2018.

The training that I received at Mzumbe University has shaped and greatly molded my perceptions in the
understanding of mathematics and ICT. It has given me the ability to be able to teach and manage
mathematics and ICT from lower classes to upper classes. I have not less than one year experience in
teaching mathematics and ICT, as well as performing other teaching responsibilities such as classroom
management. The teaching encounter with students and ICT related problems built up my knowledge in
teaching and learning field. During my project and teaching practice I acquired many skills and learnt
exceptional qualities of being humble, respectful and working with professionalism.

The set of skills I pursued combined with my ability to work well allows me to play a crucial role which is
training a group of people to acquire the required set of skills, knowledge, and understanding. It is my
