I have served a year in the field of Human Resources Department as an HR Associate before I
got into law school. Luckily, I landed under the Supervision of the People Management
Association of the Philippines (PMAP) - Negros Occidental Chapter President as our HR Officer. I
was trained suitably on the basics of Human Resources Management as well as Labor Dispute
Settlement.

I am currently taking up Bachelor of Laws at University of Negros-Occidental Recoletos with more

than one year of practical experience and hands-on skill as Paralegal Staff in the legal services.
Our law office holds specialization in Labor Cases which critically involves disputes in People
management and Company Policies. These, I believe, are both facets to source from Human
Resources Management. My job as paralegal is also one which includes but not limited to,
assessment of people’s situation, construction of dispute resolutions and as well as the issuance
and filing of necessary notices or pleadings concerned both for the Court and the People. Working
under the legal system provided me a broader aspect of understanding the labor ethics. With my
intent to maximize my corporate growth, I feel that your office places prominence in similar areas
where I can increase my learning opportunities and gain the exposure I need to advance my
career.
