Resolution No. 23 Series of 2015

RESOLUTION ASKING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM HON.MAYOR MACARIO NAPULAN FOR

THE CANALIZATION (WATER WAYS) IN THE AMOUNT OF TEN THOUSAND PESOS (P10,000) OF
BARANGAY OLANGO MIAGAO, ILOILO.

WHEREAS, during the regular session of the Sangguniang Barangay, one of

the agenda was the canalization of Barangay Olango, Miagao, Iloilo.

WHEREAS, the Barangay has poor water ways in the barangay proper and
because of this some of the garbage cannot pass through in canals, the
reason why there is a stock of garbage and if taken for granted it may
result to many diseases in the barangay.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council has decided to ask Hon.Mayor Macario

Napulan for the canalization of Barangay Olango, Miagao, Iloilo in the
amount of ten thousand pesos( P10,000).

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Esteban Noynoyan Jr. and duly seconded
by Kagawad Gina Moreno,
BE IT IS RESOLVED, that the Barangay Council of Barangay Olango Miagao, Iloilo has
decided to to ask Hon.Mayor Macario Napulan for the canalization of
Barangay Olango, Miagao, Iloilo in the amount of ten thousand pesos
( P10,000).

RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copies of this resolution to the Office of Hon.Macario

Napulan for his information and guidance.

RESOLUTION ASKING FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE FROM HON.MAYOR MACARIO NAPULAN FOR

THE PURCHASE OF HOSE FOR IRRIGATION IN THE AMOUNT OF TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND
PESOS (P25,000) OF BARANGAY OLANGO MIAGAO, ILOILO.

WHEREAS, during the regular session of the Sangguniang Barangay, one of

the agenda was the purchase of hose for irrigation of Barangay Olango,
Miagao, Iloilo.

WHEREAS, the water irrigation used by the residents before was damaged
due to road opening and this resulted to low rice and crop production of
the farmers being affected.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council has decided to ask Hon.Mayor Macario

Napulan for the purchase of hose of Barangay Olango, Miagao, Iloilo in
the amount of twenty five thousand pesos( P25,000).

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Raymund Nabua. and duly seconded by

Kagawad Nelson Nabua,
BE IT IS RESOLVED, that the Barangay Council of Barangay Olango Miagao, Iloilo has
decided to to ask Hon.Mayor Macario Napulan for the purchase of hose
of Barangay Olango, Miagao, Iloilo in the amount of twenty five
thousand pesos( P25,000).

THE FENCING OF BASKETBALL COURT IN THE AMOUNT OF SEVENTY THOUSAND PESOS
(P70,000) OF BARANGAY OLANGO MIAGAO, ILOILO.

WHEREAS, during the regular session of the Sangguniang Barangay, one of

the agenda was the fencing of basketball court of Barangay Olango,
Miagao, Iloilo.

WHEREAS, the basketball court is a place of venue of all events held in the
barangay and it should be improved especially the fencing of it to make it
pleasing to eyes and to make our barangay beautiful also.

WHEREAS, the Barangay Council has decided to ask Hon. Mayor Macario
Napulan for the fencing of basketball court of Barangay Olango, Miagao,
Iloilo in the amount of seventy thousand pesos( P70,000).

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Kagawad Gina Moreno, and duly seconded by

Kagawad Esteban Noynoyan Jr,
BE IT IS RESOLVED, that the Barangay Council of Barangay Olango Miagao, Iloilo has
decided to to ask Hon.Mayor Macario Napulan for the fencing of
basketball court of Barangay Olango, Miagao, Iloilo in the amount of
sevent thousand pesos( P70,000).

Napulan for his information and guidance.
