NOTIFICATION
It is notified that the BA/B.Sc Annual Examination, 2019 is scheduled to be held from Thursday, 20-06-2019 and its result
shall be announced on Friday, 13-09-2019 positively. All Late College Students and Private Candidates are informed to submit
Examination Admission Forms, available at Examinations Section, for the B.A/B.Sc (Part I & II) Annual Examination, 2019
strictly in accordance with the following time and fee schedule. Incomplete forms shall not be entertained but shall be held in abeyance
till the deficiencies so intimated are removed.

NOTE:

 For BA Private and BA Composite Examination fee include (Registration Fee + DMC Fee + Dispatch Fee)
1) The Examination fee Should be deposited in UBL Bank Charsadda Account No: 220198701 Branch Code:0232.
2) Admission forms of Late College students of all affiliated colleges duly completed in all respect will be sent by the concerned
Principals.
3) Late College Students and Private Candidates are required to submit their admission forms along with requisite documents and
photographs in white background duly attested/signed on backside by a gazetted officer prior to submission.
4) All fresh candidates (Private) who will appear in BA/B.Sc Examination are required to attach Original Migration
Certificate issued by their respective Boards/Institution.
5) It must be noted that examination centre is allotted on the basis of permanent address as mentioned in the examination
admission form. However, the university reserves the right to allot the Examination Centre anywhere on the basis of the
number of candidates in the area. Those Candidates who would like to be examined in a place other than their permanent
address should send their own/parents service/residence certificate with the form in official capacity. The certificate should also
be countersigned by a Gazetted Officer.
6) After the last date of submission of forms with double fee, forms will be accepted with a fine of Rs. 500/- for delay of every 15
days or a maximum of Rs. 2000/- till four weeks prior to the commencement of Examination. No admission form will be
accepted four weeks before the commencement of Examination unless allowed by the competent
authority with enhanced fee.
7) Admission form will not be accepted without photographs in white background (for both Male and Female).
8) Fresh Private Candidates of BA Part-II are advised to submit their Examination Admission Forms on the above
mentioned schedule strictly, otherwise late fee/double fee OR Enhanced Fee will be charged.
9) Fee once deposited shall neither be refundable nor adjustable, if the candidate is otherwise eligible.
 Prescribe criteria for Composite Degree Applicants:
All those candidates may apply for Composite Degree (BA) who missed one complete year after intermediate i.e
(FA/F.Sc).
