PRAYER: Lead by Mrs. Maridel D. Huelma, MT-I

1. 3RD QUARTER EXAMINATION is scheduled on January 22-23, 2019 with the same standard type of testing. No
changes. In charge Miss. Rosan Amor V. Trillo – Testing Coordinator.
2. District Research Congress is scheduled on February 13-14, 2019 ( tentative). It was agreed that there will be
two participants this year and they are Mrs. Teresita S. Duero, MT-I and Mrs. Arlene B. Fuguso, MT-I but in
the case that Mrs. Fuguso could not come up with a research it will be Mr. Portillano to present. They will
also told that there will be limit regarding the questioning of their studies. The possible critics are Mr. carlos
Correos, Mr. Fluellen Cos and another not mentioned. (all tentative).
3. The district will conduct a CFSS evaluation on January 31, 2019 at 1:00 in the afternoon in our school.
Teachers were instructed to prepare the materials that will be evaluated for this is in line with the upcoming
Division evaluation on CFSS.
 Mr. Portillano was instructed to craft the Organizational Chart of the teachers.
4. Other matters:
 The school shall conduct Early Registration for the School Year 2019-2020. Persons involves are the
grade 7 and 11 advisers. This will start on January 26 – February 23, 2019. Service credit will be given
to those who will facilitate.
 Mrs. Daisy Thiele A. Sugian will be the new Supply Officer replacing Mr. Pradas who is transferred to
other school.
 Monthly report shall be submitted starting June 2019 for an easier way of consolidating reports of
the planning officer.
 Mr. Ryan Costuya was instructed to create the DTR box.

Meeting was moved to adjourn by Mrs. Nida Mananquil and seconded by Miss. Cherry Fe Intano and ended with a
prayer recited by everybody at 4: 15 in the afternoon.
