• Untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas
jaminan kesehatan sbg salah satu strategi
peningkatan mutu dan pengendalian biaya

terhadap kontrak kerjasama:
– Sbg alat monitoring evaluasi dan mengetahui tingkat kepatuhan faskes
terhadap kontrak
– Skoring dapat digunakan dlm melakukan penilaian faskes yg berkualitas
– Sebagai pre-asessmen dalam menetapkan kelanjutan kerjasama tahun

• Laporan Dugaan Kasus akan diterima oleh PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) untuk direspon
oleh Petugas Lapangan.
• PT Jasa Raharja membutuhkan LAPORAN POLISI sebagai dasar pemberian respon
penjaminan.
• Setelah mendapatkan LAPORAN POLISI, PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) memberikan
kesimpulan akhir secara elektronik.
• FKRTL dan BPJS Kesehatan dapat melihat respon sesuai tahapan penjaminan
berdasarkan kesimpulan PT Jasa Raharja (Persero)

Setelah semuanya selesai maka klik tombol simpan dan akan muncul cetakan SEP

Setelah cetak SEP dan data tersimpan maka data kejadian

kecelakaan terkirim otomatis secara sistem ke server PT. Jasa
Raharja. Kemudian dari petugas PT Jasa Raharja akan berkunjung
ke RS sesuai dengan data kecelakaan yang dientri oleh pihak RS.

Untuk melihat progres atau monitoring status penjaminan PT. Jasa Raharja dapat melihat di aplikasi vclaim dengan
menu INSIDEN (tampilan form) 37

• Laporan dugaan kasus akan diterima oleh PT Jasa Raharja

• Respon balasan PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) wajib diberikan melalui
sistem informasi terintegrasi.
• Kesimpulan akhir PT Jasa Raharja (Persero) diberikan setelah
adanya kelengkapan dokumen administrasi penjaminan yaitu
Laporan Polisi.
• BPJS Kesehatan, sebagai penjamin kedua kasus KLL, menjamin
